Ahhhhh fond memories of childhood trips to the local cafe restaurant in Tokwawan with my grandfather and ordering "borscht" :)

my grandmother makes this perfectly LOL
she fries the onions beforehand to get the flavor out and uses milk to thicken the soup

I tried this the other day with a twist i added other vegies such as spinach and chinese cabbage and corn and zuchinne colieflower and brocolli...the colors the better i think...lol....also i had to use what i had in the fridge lol

wow, looks so yummy im gonna try this tonight...my husband is quite sick and this looks highly nutrious and i think will give him good nutrition. I love all your videos and gonna try every recipy soon :) Plase continure to make great food and videos

one of my favourite soups of all time, really home-ly!
looks wonderful, but quite similar to our Malaysian ABC soup just that we don't mash the potatoes up and reintroduce it to the pot after that, in our case we eat it whole. Nevertheless will try this lovely recipe too.
