@unseenxxx this isn't about left or right, dumbass. it's about FINITE resources. do u understand the word "finite"? the western economy is fucked because it's based on false principals of *infinite* resources, which is not even grounded on reality. that's why everything is fucking up now. if things continue on this path, we'll *ALL* be trying to feed ourselves on dirt & sewage. if everyone else consumes as much as north americans do, we'll need 5 more earths to sustain us! inform urself, fool!

Calling people pigs might make you guys feel good, but it works counter to your cause for most of your target audience.
People do care. Many just don't know about the perils of overconsumption or are a bit hypnotized by consumption advertising and culture. Just educate them about the problems over-consumption is causing. For example: The shots of people scouring mountains of trash in this video is very compelling.
