2006 Memorable Moments: Wrestling Brandon

A summary of our experience in the Brandon Tournament, including a dual against the team that hasn't lost since 1974. We were their 422nd win in a row. The real star that day was David Craig, who is as good as they say. Watch for his kneepad in this one. You'll know what I mean when you see it.

@restarts82 monteforte beat our wrestler in districts by like one point btw, our guy has never placed though but it was a good match. Our guy also lost to monteforte in regions by a similar score in the finals.

hes also lost 4 times to daniel dennis who barely medaled last year at the ncaas

theres not many big wrestling schools in florida and brandons one of them
like fleming island and niceville and lincoln

Most of the brandon graduates qualified for the ncaas. Oh, and one won the whole thing, so shut the fuck up with your bullshit.

No offense Blair would possibly beat Blair with 13 matches to 1..your only win being Grajales. It is a known fact Blair is on a whole other level than Brandon. Blair wouldnt go becasue it is not worth going to Florida to face bad competition. Look at the high school rankings buddy, Cory Monteforte a kid who placed high in florida moved ot nj and isnt going to place. he barely beat a kid who just qualified for states not placed. Franklin Gomez was from Brandon and he placed 3rd at nationals last year. He lost to the eventual champ in the semi's by 1 point.

He's ranked 13th in the nation right now. I'm not a Brandon fan but I just saw the box score on Scout and he's on a roll this season. You can say whatever you want about Fl wrestling. But once a kid goes to Lehigh and starts his Freashman year you got nothing to say.
