Do the math. Air weighs 3/4 pound per cubic foot.
Just 10 x 100 x 50 feet of air over this train car would have the
energy to crush it. The only reason it doesn't crush more than what
you see, is the invading air coming thru the crushed tank walls and
equalizing before it crushes completely.
