EventHorizon just keeps track of your DoTs (Damage over time) so they can maintain ~100% up time.
It does not play your character, just shows you when their about to run out..

Its not speeded up when he attack the dummy it spins at normal speed

It's not speeded up. At the beginning of the video deadly poison is on 17:31, at the end its at 13:55. The video lasts 3:37 minutes (in realtime minutes/seconds) so 17:31-3:37 = 13:54 which is only a 1 second difference with the buff timer at the end.
