Chara has got power in his punches, his only problem is that hes uncoordinated as fuck when he fights. He can never balance himself while spinning around in close quarters like that and every time he falls he just grabs on to the guy and brings him down with him. If he could keep himself standing longer like he did in this fight he could be 10X more brutal then he is now.
