I prefer the N64 better. In this if you get one balloon, you can't swap out for something else without getting rid of the first item, but in the N64 one you can.

Diddy Kong 64 ruled, (though I prefer Mario Kart 64 myself), but Diddy Kong Racing DS is a huge letdown IMO, and nothing compared to Mario Kart DS.

Diddy Kong racing has one thing mario kart seriously lacks....a PERFECT balance in the weapon engine. All the weapons are in balloons predetermined...they don't move.

And best of all...people in first are not punished for winning like Mario Kart. All the peeps behind get insane weaponry to beat you in the final lap...lame

The made the game a lot easier, plus this is just the first race against this boss.
