Im Australian and discharged TPI from the military in 1980. My complaint is that the Australian Govt does not give any medals for WIA or discharged veterans because of wounds. What arse holes, we never ask for much, We get a shit pension and a TPI badge if we join their association and pay for it. what about something like the Purple Heart? give us some respect Canberra... how weak is that, give us some dignity back.

this was all going on as i grew up as a teenager here in Australia. i was lucky, missed out going to Vietnam in 1971 thru a compulsory ballot draw.
