I work on the Geek Squad, I'm A+/Net+/CCNA (Cisco) certified. I get paid between 36-40k/year and love this job. It may not be the best paying I could get with my certs, but I get a great discount and enjoy the things I get to do.

I think Geeksquad is stupid....
The answer should've been to look at the url history,temporaily internet files, download a keylogger and log her activity, if she has limewire/ares any p2p software check the library on those.
