Another reason the liberal media played this one down was because the perp was a black convert to islam. This kind of story makes white liberals uneasy. As usual Krauthammer has this right. And every time I want to vomit while watching MSNBC, I am comforted in the knowledge that over at Fox Krauthammer is telling it like it really is and to a much, much larger audience.

Krauthammer nailed it. The liberal talking point is that all pro-life conservatives are potential murderers. Yet when a Muslim fundie murders a soldier (and said he wanted to kill more), the liberal media yawns.

BTW, Muslim fundies have murdered many, many more Americans (and Muslims for that matter) than Christian fundies.

Maybe it's possible that the media covered the violence against abortionists because it is far more uncommon than that of a terrorist incident? Mirror image airplane crashes vs car crashes? I'm no liberal, but the only thing this is is another incident involving fingerpointing partisan nonsense.

Very true except for one thing--this guy wasn't exactly "liberal"--maybe in the same way that bin Laden is a "liberal"--you can't use that kind of language for terrorists. The "liberal" Muslims in this situation are those who really aren't terrorists and usually condemn the violent acts, it's just that they oppose everything we've ever implemented to stop them from happening--usually on "discrimination" or "civil liberties" grounds.
