  • Just like with the original JCS album, once I heard this, it was really tough to imagine ANYBODY else in these roles, although the concert version was awfully good. I walked away from that one with a new appreciation for Josh Groban I'd never had before...

  • Good Heavens is this song amazing.

  • Recently played Molokov in Chess, but if I could have switched genders I would've played her part. Amazing song.

  • When I was fringe stage manager I was teching a play in south London and my boss was in auditorium sitting next to a stunning lady, after the show I asked who she was. He told me, ELAINE PAGE ( my heroine) and i asked him why he didnt introduce me, He replief" I didnt because I knwo you would have been chatting all night to her !!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR LOL

  • Thnk you thank you so much iv been searching this 4 ages. Hav u got all of it on ere.

  • It's my favorite musical, best musical ever.!

  • @EuphrasieF The fact that Murray Head sounds bored is exactly why I prefer his performance as The American. His tone is so arrogant and condescending, he's perfect. I like the other performances, but I love Murray Head as the American. :-)

  • Love this song!!! Especially the ending. Great melody. Does anybody else think the beginning melody is reminiscent of "What Kind of Woman" from Ragtime?

  • @sumpsvamp

Murray Head comes across as sounding a bit bored, especially in comparison to Phillip Casnoff, Adam Pascal or Anders Ekborg, but I have no problem with Elaine Paige.

  • Best musical ever!!

    Splendid compositions &

     Elaine Paige is Florence indeed!!!
