He MADE john elway and terrelle davis great players. terrelle davis was a fifth rounder DRAFTED by shanahan, and he made that offensive line great too. Jake Plummer was an awful QB, yet Shanahan somehow got to 13-3 with him. He hasnt had a good team since TD and elway left..
