All of the world's money finds its way to Cost Plus World Market; day in, day out, especially after 6PM, all the fat ladies do their sneak-in snack attacks, and they're REALLY good at getting in, going to exactly the right aisle (even when the staff relocates stuff on different aisles), paying with credit, and stealthily getting out , almost sight unseen.

Park outside a Cost Plus World Market for 20 minutes, you'll see what I mean...
