here is something i put together to test i-movie and this screen capture program. i also never posted anything up on youtube before. i wanted to test the waters a bit before starting a series of how to videos on how to color comics and how to break in.
so advice, tips, critiques welcome!

dud this video is amazing and you are a very good drawer iv been trying to draw heads, faces and body's for a couple of months now and no matter what i draw i always seem to fail even after watching all of the drawing videos on youtube so could you comment back telling me how u got started drawing and how to draw easy faces and body's. thanks

Burne Hogarth has a great book on it how to draw heads. to draw something that looks good as a cartoon or anime... you must first learn to draw it in real life, you know realistically. and if it drawing on the computer your having trouble with it help to have lots of practice on the real paper and pencil. like you see in the video you need to make sure you draw all the guide lines.
just keep at it. like they say practice makes perfect!

ummm... are you using photoshop? if so, what brush and how do you get it so smooth?

yes i'm using photoshop and i using a normal small wacom. which might help. if you notice my blue lines are very rough. they help out alot. i add black line like i'm inking.
i'm just using a regular brush at normal settings.
maybe it comes from practice. but i don't really ever draw on the comp. this was just something i quickly put together. if i had more practice it be alot smoother!
