if false rape charges are so common, then how come i've never met a college boy who's genuinely worried about being falsely charged? they keep doing stupid stuff like this, keep hiring strippers for their frat houses, keep bringing drunk girls into their rooms, keep going home with women they barely know. in all these cases they're putting themselves at risk for a supposedly false accusation by the women involved.

the kids who actually go to this school know what happened, dont judge someone who you don't even know. A two minute video does not make you an expert on the subject.

I am willing to bet this is another BS charge. Just like the Duke case. Were the lacrosse players in the wrong? Probably. Was this rape? No.
There needs to be a better standard concerning drunken rape. A lot of these girls are just as intoxicated as the men but because they are female they can cry rape in the morning.
Why is lacrosse targeted by the media? We never hear about any of the rape charges that NCAA football players receive.

@mcgaugh57 one... theyre not bastards they are really nice kids. two... they dont do it every day.. or ever. get your facts straight before talking about someone. theses guys are extremely nice. three... somethings is wrong with that girl, she is tapped. and she is the one that was sober, taking advantage of a kid under the influence and has done it before.
