I looked into it - If the product contains .99 grams of fat (less than one gram) per serving, they are allowed to say -Zero Grams of TRANS FATS- yes PER SERVING. So if a loaf of bread has 20 grams of trans fats, and 21 slices of bread, WELL - they tell us it contains ZERO GRAMS of TRANS FATS - Never trust anyone who is determined to get even one cent from you.

I like your hair. I think it's really cute! But I LOVE your eyes!! There big and wonderful!!! You look like you could be a model.
Thanks for the big heads up on the health issues.
What you didn't say was "we shouldn't depend on our Gov. to protect us"... you know they don't and won't. There's NO money in protecting us from these kinds of oils.

I almost clicked dislike just because you started talking about your hair...

I just learned that TFs are commonly used in grocery store rotisserie chickens. How expensive can butter be? Cheap bastards...
Grrr..must I cook EVERYTHING myself?! lol
Our lifestyle isn't condusive to healthy eating. You really do need to cook/ prepare everything yourself, and many people don't have the time, or can't afford real food at all.

Thanks for posting this video, because not many people understand why hydrogenated oils are dangerous or what it even is and I think you did a fine job of doing both.
I also wanted to just let you know that fluoride is also a killer worse than hydrogenated oils and if you haven't looked into them, then I suggest you do, but you're a smart cookie and I wouldn't doubt that you might already know. If you do, you should do a video on that.
Take care,

Great vid. I have been doing a lot of research on trans fats, msg, aspartame, processed foods, & hydrogenated oils, etc., because I have been battling my obesity for a while. I pretty much eliminated a lot of food items that contains the aforementioned as much as possible. I see my overall health has greatly improved & am shedding inches & fat. By the way, I love your natural hair. I've went natural over 2 years ago myself. God bless.

You are doing a great thing, I also have a video on this as well but yours is great because you were very specific and did a lot of research! Did you know that many foods in the stores that say 0 transfat could still have transfat in them because there is a law that the companies do not need to report transfat if its .5 or less. Isnt that twisted? There is no safe ammount of transfat

It has taken me six months to convince my family of the dangers this crap can do and every time i empty my food press of this hvo them clever sons of bitch's in the food industry slip it into another healthy product, it's a real hard job staying on top of it, so keep up the good work and keep spreading the word.

It's not in everything. Nothing I eat has trans fats. And kids are obese because they don't do anything with their lives, not because of trans.
great post. look up the health stuff with high fructose corn syrup, too.

so true! hydrogenated oils are not ment for consmption! it is not food, although it is passed as food. take margarine for example, it is one molecule away from being plastic...plastic! that's so scary how food companies flavor things to pass as food. it's cheaper for the company at the expense of our health.
