Is the only difference between the tripar profile and the tri7 the amount of tri LED's? The Tri 7 having 7 and the Tripar having 5?

Also whenever I brought up the Tri7 on forums etc, everybody kept telling me the Blizzard Puck3 is better and more bang for your buck. Instead of 7 tri LED's, it has 9 and with that comes much brighter output (according to everyone). Have you ever seen the Blizzard Puck3 lights? Size and shape is nearly identical to the tri7

@noodlecake71240 Yeah i've seen them. That's a choice you have to make for yourself.  Not trying to bad mouth anyone, but you do pay for overall quality from the fixture to the LED's themselves to the service & warranty you get with each light you buy

Thats wrong: If you've a 3 watt TRI LED and only use red, there's 1 watt per LED. There are only 3 watts If you use white with full RGB.

@christonika If i had to guess, i'd say it's coming BUT the technology needs to be both stable & affordable before they pull that trigger.... but that's only a guess :P

so i personally own 12 of each of these and this is what i can say. the MEGA pars have a deeper more rich looking colors. the TRI PAR have what i can best describe as a par light with a gel. the mega pars are also a slimmer beam. all in all the TRI pars are brighter as the beams are wider. and the reason they can do an AMBER is because the RED is not true red, it shows hues of orange. (seems to have some yellow in it) i can honestly say i can use them both

Hi just bought a few of these today ,can they be linked to the American Dj Profile Panel Rgb so they all change colour at the same time ? would i set the par or panel as master

I purchased 6 Eternal Lighting Flat Par Pro's and then purchased 4 ADJ Mega par profile. Unfortunately what I found out that the only colors that actually match is Solid red and Solid Green. The Blues dont match at all. So when it comes to color mixing to get purple or pink its a noticable difference. I am ready to get rid of my Flat Par Pro's to pick up 16 more ADJ Mega Pars. The colors are just richer and more tru. Your thoughts...

How does the tripar compare with the flatpar7 I realize it is 6 more watts of led power but as an end user, would a 5 cover the vast majority of applications the 7 would and a couple 7's only be necessary when the application requires a few more feet of throw? I realize it is a subjective question but think a side by side would be great. Thanks for the great vid!
