PhysX testing on CTVMiniMesh, basic rigid. Using SetMatrix(), would be faster with SetMatrixArray(). Ignore bad shadows please, I dumped a simple implementation in just to give some depth. I am running the physics simulation at 30fps and fraps capped the rendering at 30fps for the video capture, so it slows a little when it normally doesn't -- I average 600fps @ 1920x1080. The end bit, well, that slows for obvious reasons, when I dump that amount in it's around 15-20fps usually. Parallel processing is great for things like this, but it isn't magics :P.
