well we were at wal mart and I think we were headed to dillsboro to white water raft.which was 11.00. this was probly around 930 or 10 oclock am. dillsboro by the way is where they shot the train wreck scene in the movie the fugitive with harrison ford and tommy lee jones. the bus and loco shells are still there next to the river.

@DarthDemaric THEY LOOK TO BE GP40S. THE SECOND ONE BEING A LOW NOSE. THE REST OF THIS LINE IS OWNED BY THE GREAT SMOKEY MOUNTAIN RR WHICH RUNS EXCURSIONS AND HANDLES SOME FREIGHT.

The Great Smoky Mountain RR is not that far from my family's summer property, which is going to Franklin,NC. I've had the chance to enjoy riding the trains from Dillsboro to Bryson City.
