It was confiscated because it had no insurance registered (which is a serious offence), not because it was revving. Revving can only get you a ticket. If you're going to hate on the cops, at least do it for the right reasons.

@filipe30 The revving was the reason he got pulled, then it was taken because of insurance etc... They were unaware of everything else or he'd have been pulled days before.
