"You won't find a thicker spread" - this advert claims. Mock / spoof / comedy advert based on all these miraculous miracle cures for every ailment which either exists or doesn't!
Wrinkle removal from some places which may be natural - with a little play on words. This maybe will not work for where the English language has been diluted too much. Fanny is an old English ladies christian (first), name whereas Fanny is now more commonly used as slang for a woman's private feminine area/front bottom if I were to be so crude.
The NHS also get a little mute bashing here but we feel that this is absolutely fine - considering the way they don't treat us (sic).
