I love it up there, but the staff are not the most pleasant people in the world, and in summer the mosquitos that breed in the trout lakes will eat you alive. Amberian Peaks (just up the road) is better, but not such good value, so we do tend to stay at the lodge. To be honest, we go for the peace and the scenery, who cares where you sleep.

The place is pretty cool, but the staff is rude as hell!! Some old man that works there was a total ass to my 5 year old for no reason! If you go I'd rent a cabin at another location!

I used to live in Eagar and hang out at the greer logge in my early 20's...Really nice place to hang out but i have heard that the place is haunted..now in my early 40's living in florida would love to go back and hang out again just to see a ghost...lol
