Windows 7 Ultimate vs Windows 98 SE

A boot race between:

- ASUS K50IN (Pentium Xeon 2x 2.10 GHZ, 4GB RAM, 250 GB HDD, GeForce G102M)

- Old computer :) (AMD Athlon 2000+,GeForce 3 Ti200, 1024 MB RAM, 6 GB+40 GB HDD)

Take out the floppy disk, it's no fair if you don't. It will sit there and check for a floppy for a good 7 seconds.

Computers of nowdays are lot faster and you could do lots of other things, altrough I still feel nostalgic of the computers of the Windows 98 era. Those were other times, with friends staying on the same place playing videogames :)

@volken1991 It WILL boot if it is bootable,lets say windows 1.0 installed on a floppy.

@SWOgottaGO If the installation cd is non-bootable, floppy disk is required to start the setup program. You don't need FD to boot Windows.
