This is not even a bumpy ride.I had once a flight in a CRJ700 as engineer and the PIC made a " moderate turbulence " callout when I felt allready unsave. And believe me, it´s a very big difference if you are sitting in the cockpit or in the last row. The aircraft is yawing and pitching a lot in the back, which you are not reallizing in the front

This isn't MODERATE turbulence !! My goodness ... this is really very light buffet, if anything ! I'd hate to see your reaction if you flew in SEVERE or EXTREME turbulence .... you'd certainly know you're 'alive' then !!
