@HighOnPwn naw its a 2-stroke. even though it sounds like a 4-stroke. and all xr's are 4-strokes.

I have a 1991 xr250 which has been re-geared for low end power... like in 5th at top revs its at 100km/h ....
anyway, do u think it would be as easy to do it with my bike... like an example is my friend who has a xr 250 has ridn next to me and i'm pretty much 1 gear in front of him... like i'm in 3rd and hes in 2nd.

@KAoSDoMiNaTiOn Check out the sprocket sizes. I have a 13/49 front/rear sprocket setup on my XR.
If I wanted to have a higher top speed, i'd upgrade to a 14 toothed front sprocket as it's cheaper than buying a rear sprocket.
This might be what you want, but my preference is 13/49. :)

i got an xr 200 i can get it in the air but it over revs and falls back down any tips and i also have a kx 125 not currently running would it be easier to wheelie on that when i get it fixed?

@TheInfotwins I pop the clutch in 2nd to get the front wheel off the ground, flick into 3rd as soon as i'm up. And then continue through the gears for the really long wheelies. The revs are just right when going from 2nd to 3rd. Experiment and practice, and the KX will be decent but the 200 is nice.
