This is Wilhelm von Homburg reciting his lines for his portrayal of the the Ghostbusters II villain "Vigo the Carpathian."
His dialogue would later be replaced with a reading done by actor Max von Sydow.
Wilhelm was not made aware of this change until he heard it at the GBII cast and crew screening which he stormed out of as soon as he heard he was no longer the voice of Vigo.

    What was it like working with Wilhelm? I've seen other videos of yours and he seems like a pretty cool guy. But I've always felt that going from being an infamous boxing star in Germany to relatively unpopular character actor might have not sit too well with him; especially after hearing about him storming out of the screening. I HAVE TO see Der Boxprinz some day. Thanks for sharing this!

    I figured they did this by compositing footage of his face on a matte painting in post production... The fact that they did this entirely as an on-set practical effect gives me a whole knew respect for the GB team's ingenuity.
