And even if they got in trouble, you get suspended for that.

This was shot years before the FAA mandated very strict restrictions for airshow performances, so no pilot here lost their fuckin' license. I witnessed a Thunderbird sneak pass in '92 that was much worse than this.

you can actually do that if you have permission from the FAA. If you do that without permission you get suspend not get you license pulled.
