If you do a yahoo search you can find an interview with Eno about this album, John Cale and a very nice little segment about this song in particular. Brian explains how he 'wrote' this song and his perspective, or perception, about what the lyrics in the song mean and how Cale's performance conveys that; to him anyways, I thought this was a kind of tragic love song or something. Find the interview, it's definitely worth a good read :)

According to Cale, this song is a "portrait of a terrorist". Certainly makes the song a lot more interesting, doesn't it?
