For decades I've had a two cd comp set from da music entitled "Lions Abroad Tenor Titans." Has all the greats e.g. Webster, Griffin, Gonsalves, Gordon, Freeman etc. With cats like that you can't go wrong believe me, but by far and away Jacquet smokes 'em on his two tunes: THE KING AND THE COMBACK. Maybe the reason is becaue they're live cuts from Ronnie Scotts in London, 1971! With "only" three members (Buckner on Organ and Crombie drums) it's the most unbelieveable charts imaginable! Buy it!

Does someone know the title of the song at the end of the clip (from 5:09-end)?

I've been to a few thousand jazz concerts in my life, but I'll always remember one, back in 1972 or 73. Benny Golson, Art Farmer, Illinois Jacquet and Slide Hampton backed by a rythm section (can't remember the names). I went home and Mr. Jacquet's scorching solos kept playing in my mind for hours and hours. I was so excited I couldn't sleep and I didn't want to because I just wanted to go on hearing Mr. Jacquet play all night long, deep in my mind. Unforgettable, such a vivid experience!!!

Thank-you so much!!
