@Abasuto He uses betadine mixed with water to clean the wound, and injects an antibiotic (tetracycline and sulfa per the novel.)
He also lifts a bottle of hydrocodone tablets and a pair of crutches from the pharmacy in the novel.

@Enigmax25 Fear in his eyes? Are you high? Any facial expression he shows is simply because of the great pain of treating his own wounds. If you'd be doing the same thing to yourself, you'd be screaming.
