Okay so for me and apparently loads of others my eating disorder and my body (thru SI) is a way that I have communicated. I don't want to do that anymore.
Anyways a really awesome shana chick :P posted Live out loud...and I thought it was so weird cause just before I watched it I wrote about using my voice instead of my body as well. Well since this supercool shana chick is taking her time getting a lj account I figured I would bring my account to her on youtube. Hope everybody enjoys it.

the awesome shanna chick will always be the awesome shana chick. secret confession: I found it quite confusing and I think I have the most basic account and it still frustrates me so i'm kinda reassured that its not just me :P

Great video!! Its so true, we can use our voices instead of our bodies to get what we need instead of hurting ourselves. And whats interesting too is that when we do use our bodies, we still don't get what we want or need because we are too sick to even know what we want or what we need. Thanks for posting this!

yeah...and unfortunately we end up hurting others as well, and wind up 'needing' things we might never have needed if we'd used our voice instead. But there is no time like the present to change =P
