I think England these days is much more violent than it used to be, America is far less violent than it used to be. That said any black gang in America head to head loaded will lay to waste any pasty white Brits gang still. I agree with Bill Hicks here. In UK street gangs act all tough and be a nuisance to passers by. But if they came up against an American one they would get hammered meaning all will end up dead no question! Brit boys are pansies compared to their American counterparts.

This is hilarious but also clearly written before the 90's. It's as tough here but because we're not retarded we did not legalize guns and make them so easy to get that normal 15 year delinquents become lethal killers. If it wasn't for legal guns the US would be safer.

I've been to Shaftesbury and it is a warzone sir! Dustbins and O.A.P's run those streets. Its a bloodbath of broken zimmerframes and burnt out plastic recycling bins every damn night.
