Meeting Spekkio, learning magic, Medina Village and Melchior.

The party meet Spekkio, learn magic and try fighting him. Will they succeed? I kinda regret not keeping Crono below level 10, though, so I could fight the first version of Spekkio too. I don't think I've ever fought him before. Other that that, not much happens in this part.
