After their movie careers were over, the double act regrouped on television for 52x25 minute episodes from 1952 until 1954. Also in this series is the legendary Sid Fields, and the glamorous Hillary Brooke. Here, Lou has the cat in the bag with the beautiful Hillary, but his character is one of mishap, and so instead he ends up in jail. Lou Costello would shout 'Hey, Abbott!' as his catch phrase, also a cry for help when his own accident prone nature had got the better of him. Again.
