luks interesting tho english subtitles wud hav been a great help for non keralites, anyhow one can more or less follow the instructions. however i cud not understand the 'masala powder' ingredient. is it coriander powder or garam masala powder or some other mixture.??

this is one argument i hear all the time whenever i comment on cookery show videos... "you can make out whats going on by looking at the video..why do you need audio" !!!
for that matter why do i even need a video! there are a zillion cookery websites that have printed recipes! the idea is not only to see the ingredients go into the pot but to learn the finer nuances of cooking that dish! glad to meet another vah re vah fan! :-D

i noticed another cre8ivethinkr replying to my comment.. guys for gods sake get one thing straight.... i am against any kind of discrimination on the basis of language, caste, religion.
for the last 20months or so that i have lived in the US i have lived with south indian roommates..and we get along very well...
take it easy dude! north indian or south indian.. we're all indians after all! peace!
