I really want one of these but invisible, and that sends a log every 2 minutes or so automatically, do you know how to?

I'd do the same thing but instead of putting a Send button, I would add a twenty-second timer to E-mail it to me every twenty seconds. Oh, and I would hide the form but thanks anyway for a good starting point. :)
