Join Stuart Miniman, Technologist for Data Center Fabrics in EMC's CTO Office, as he provides an introduction to Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE). In addition to the basics, Stuart shows how FCoE with Ethernet can be used today to save money through server I/O consolidation.

  • Stuart,

Good job of keeping your discussion simple and relevant. FCoE is a good idea, but it needs to be cost effective - which 10GE hasn't been in the past.
