Mister Vo's Neighborhood: Hubert Vo, Slumlord or State Representative?

Hubert Vo (D-Houston) was called a "slumlord" in a recent Houston Chronicle editorial -- and rightly so. http://EmpowerTexans.com to learn more about the Texas budget and how to get involved. The apartments he owns around Houston are as dilapidated as his abysmal voting record in the Texas Legislature. He's also apparently used his official office in an attempt to thwart police investigations of those properties. Mister Vo's neighborhoods don't look so safe... Well, except the multi-million-dollar mansion those slums have let him buy. Mr. Vo, your neighbors and voters should be ashamed of you.
