Apparently my list was too long for YT as well... I narrowed it down to the biker only going green list.
*Buy heated grips to extend your bike-commuting seasons by up to 2 or 3 extra months. Believe me, it's not cold until well below 40 degrees... I rode last winter as cold as 23, but regularly when it was only 30-35 degrees in the dark mornings...
*Check tire pressure every time you lube the chain, which means at least once a week. It takes a total of 5 minutes to check the tires and apply extra lube on the chain but will net you better/safer handling with more mpg and increased tire and chain life!
*Look up the octane rating your bike recommends. Most sport bike owners needlessly pump Premium when a lot of bikes actually are rated for low or mid grade fuels. Never hurts to check because higher octane gas does NOT increase performance OR mileage. It's simply wasted money
*Consider gear purchases for items such as gloves, over-pants, boots, and jackets through craigslist instead of new. It not only saves you money, but reduces the amount of gear being produced needlessly to satisfy the new trends each year.
*Use old t-shirts/pants/underwear/socks/etc as oil rags and chain cleaning rags. They are durable enough for several uses and help to not fill the landfills with disposable paper rags.
*Learn to commute in a tucked down position (sport riders) to reduce drag and increase your MPGs
*STOP REVVING YOUR BIKE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD AT 5AM WHEN YOU LEAVE FOR WORK. NOT ONLY DOES IT PISS ME OFF BUT IT WASTES YOUR FUEL YOU SODDING TOOL!!!
*When coming to a stop at a light simply pull in the clutch and use your brakes. Engine braking still causes unnecessary carbon emissions, wears your clutch faster, doesn't alert drivers you are braking, and engine braking is a bad habit to have as all emergency braking tests prove that you stop fastest on all bike types using both brakes with the clutch completely pulled in.
*Most motorcycles don't need to fully warm up idling in your driveway. Look in your owner's manual for the recommended warm up time and follow it. My Katana only needed to warm up for 15-30 seconds before I could cruise. As long as you're gentle for the first few miles then you are reducing emissions and saving your spark plugs from a death by carbon deposits.
*Lastly, learn to ride gently. Riding my bike hard I get 50mpg but by occasionally tucking in and cruising to work and accelerating gently I am able to easily attain 60mpg. More if I actually tucked behind the screen all the time... but hey, I can't wrinkle my work clothes now can I? xD
I got the vid up. It's off my iPhone so it's not the best and you can't hear very well. But it shows the blinkers and the problem. So tell me what I need to do. Or throw some ideas out. Thanks

Oh and. The guy before me put flush mount blinkers on the bike and for some reason the right hand blinker blinks faster than the left hand. I'll post a vid in a week or so. I have to get a camera. Lol. But is that normal for some bikes or did he change something.

Regardless of your opinion on Anthropogenic GW (mine is negative), it is just common sense to avoid waste. One vlogger (Mordeth) had an entire vid on warmup but my FZ6 manual advises against it, I'm going with Yamaha. Good tips! BTW I keep the brake on at lights, a guy in State College, PA was killed when his clutch cable snapped at a light and launched him into traffic.
