What are your numbers? Bench, squat, DL, military press? How often do you add weight to your lifts... 5 lbs every few weeks?

Utuber, those numbers change as I don't always work to the max, sometimes use multiple sets and max reps instead of weight, etc. Right now I think my max bench is around 350 with sets at around three hundred. Squats I do with lighter weights (200
or so) and lots of deep reps. Deadlifts, 225 in sets, mil presses I do on machines and max out the weights, can't recall what that is but it's over two hundred and do that in sets. I add weight anytime I can do more than ten reps. Hope that helps bud
