Hi I'm Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV with the latest 411 on Hollywood's latest romance rumor. First it was MySpace, then it was Facebook, now it seems that even celebs are using Twitter as a meeting ground for love. John Mayer has been a longtime fan of Twitter and now that his relationship with Jennifer Anniston has come to an end, the town is abuzz over who John will date next.

This brings us to the latest Twittermance---in a strange twist of events Mayer is now being linked to none other than Clevver favorite Demi Lovato!

We hear that Lovato reached out to Mayer on Twitter just to say hello. Since then, the two have been going back and forth via the micro-blog. Mayer wrote that Lovato's song "LaLa Land" is very sophisticated. And he added that he can tell she's going to make lots more records and that she should take it one song at a time and never apologize for the music she makes.

Lovato then replied back to Mayer saying "Holy Crap! That is quite possibly the best compliment I've received in this business..." Needless to say, Lovato was floored by Mayer's comments and rightfully so! After all, she's been a longtime fan of Mayer and earlier this year in an interview with MTV, Lovato was quoted as saying she'd like to do more John Mayer-ish type stuff on her next album. That new album- by the way- is expected for a summer 2009 release.

THIS IS THE FUNNIEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. He is like 31 32 and she is 17. They are obviously just friends. And why does John Mayer have to be moving on to another girl. its annoying how celebrits cant hang out or talk publicly without the press immidietly assuming they like like each other. a fake example: miley cyrus and corbin bleu went out for coffe and had an amazing time and held hands when they left. next day on a magazine: MILEY AND CORBIN IN LOVE!? ARE THESE DISNEY STARS HIDING THERE PASSION FOR EACH OTHER FROM THE WORLD? and the press expect the celebs to always share everything (Not rehab worthy stuff) about themselves and when they dont its a secret.

the age gap is not really a problem, guys, really... in brazil, we have a famous couple: the girl was 16 and the guys was like 32 when they started (and now, 2 years later, they're still together), so that's not new stuff. BUT i'm aways impress how the press is aways trying to put john with other celebs. and btw, i love john mayer and demi lovato, they rock. and they should write a song together. <3
