Ronnie Dio - Che Tristezza Senza Te (Mr .Misery) 1964 Ultra Rare!!

My 1958 Record Player Dual 300 playing an amazingly rare single featuring an italian version of Mr Misery titled "Che Tristezza Senz Te" (R.Padovana-F.Specchia)Derby DB 5084-Last year an excellent copy of this same record 's been sold in E-Bay at a whopping 1225 $!!

I just found one of these Dual 300's in the attic, but the 33 rpm (& 16) won't work. It turns very slow, often with a lot of torque though. I took the platter off & I guess that the large rubber wheel doesn't get pressed hard enough both to the 'gears' & to the inner side of the platter. Hoping to get it fixed with a rubber band around it. Might the needle indeed damage the records? It still sounds very crisp, so i'd say it's still very precise?

@Hyperdubs Well,my record player it's still in a very good condition,but the rubber wheel also needed a lot of use to reaquire the correct circular shape.The needle of my Dual were still in good condition,the sound has a lot of highs because of the amplifier ,not as good as the record player.
