@mauroman128 actually the dark skin was a goof on the korean animation team's behalf. he was later recolored yellow.

Hey guys,did you know that Mr.Smithers has a theme of his own?Yeah!He was suppose to have an original soundtrack,but I do not know what they were thinking giving Mr.Smithers and the goons the same boss theme.
