Credit goes 2 Youtuber Photogenicbosh as Ive stolen the 1st half of his intro 2 his Supe 3/4 hybrid cut- check out his original vid- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kTD5LIZ88o
I put his name in the end credits of my Supe 3 Recut. The only difference is I used slightly differemt scenes from 2 in the re-caps, & I didnt make my own credits, so the credits wont match the movie as I just used the titles from part 1 & 2, but I do plan on re-making these in a year or so when I get better at editing & get more software that will allow me 2 make my own custom titles, so I guess u could call this a ruff draft.

@SlideDownMyMachete Oh I know, this recut is dedicated to everyone who beleieves he SHOULDVE directed all the Superman movies, so I guess you could call this a "fantasy" cut, in a world where he "did" direct this one, closer to a version of what it mightve looked like had he actually directed it.

@SupermanRecut Ah yeah, I get it now. I thought you had just redone the titles. would be intertested in view that. I remember seeing Superman III in the cinema originally.

Well it's slick and very visually stunning. Kudos for the time and effort. But in reality, if this was tacked onto the original superman III film it wouldn't have the right feel. It was a largely comedic film and these scenes are very emotional and action packed. In my opinion 'III' should have had space credits and cut to the gus gorman scenes. The overplayed slapstick went on for too long. Having seen the original script, it could have been a lot worse!

@cultoftv Well of course this wouldnt fit S III if this intro was the only thing that changed, but I recut the whole film taking out all the silly comedic parts & making a darker, more Donner like version. I guess u gotta watch my whole recut 2 see what I mean, & u would see that this intro would make more sense & fit more.
