@MasonZstudios Nope, mostly just the Russians during the Cold War, after that it was mostly used for mapping the Earth's surface before GPS. Then after the attack on the World Trade Center in 2001; 2 of them were reinstated for use over Iraq and Afghanistan. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
