On October 25, 1938 Argentine poet Alfonsina Storni walked into the sea at La Perla de Mar Del Plata and drowned. One of the most important Latin American poets of the Post Modern movement, this song, composed by Alfonsina's countrymen Ariel Ramirez and Felix Luna, is a moving tribute to her!!!!
