I have nightmares all the time that the Aliens are in my house coming to get me. I panic I can't move I am awake I can see everything in my room but cannot move. I start crying and trying to move I am so scared I feel like I cant breath. Then I finally get myself awake and I am in my room with a pounding heart. I usually have a hard time going back to sleep after those. Sometimes I think I really have been abducted only to wake up and think it is a dream.
