Paillard is a method of cooking that pounds the meat flat, which tenderizes it and speeds cooking time. This chicken is sliced in half, and then pounded with a heavy object until thin. This method also tenderizes the chicken at the same time.

  • @enduserzero There are many canned sauces which would be fine for OWL phase like Old El Paso. I believe their green sauce would be Induction Friendly. I have also uploaded an acceptable sauce in my spanish rice video.

  • Very impressed with your vid's, I'm trying the chicken sausage casserole tonight.

With regard to sauces, I wonder if canned enchilada sauce is Atkins compatible?

Keep on submitting the vid's, very interesting and nutritionally provacative.

  • @bowulf thanks for the tip bowulf, i'm sorry i can't seem to find your enchilada sauce recipe, could you post me the link? thanks again, i guess the old el paso enchilada sauce here isn't the same as the one in the US lol :)

  • @MancJenster Not for Induction even if it is relatively low carb, but for OWL, it would probably be OK. If you are looking for an Induction friendly sauce, chick out the low carb chicken enchilada recipe posted here, which features my sauce in it.
