Yes, Mr. Hooper was the first to own the store, but he wasn't the one who made the sign. In fact, I'm pretty sure he would have known better than to put up a sign like that.

@Garrettk41 I'm pretty sure Mr. Hooper wrote that first (it was his store you know before he passed away in 1983).

I meant to say I love HOW Alan starts to regret putting the sign up. sorry about that.
Poor Alan. He should have written that sign as "Hooper's Store where you can have what you want just the way you want it- as long as it's within reason.
