I actually will take the exact oposite stance a daemon prince is far better for a few reasons: 1. its a monstrous creature. 2. it has more wounds for perils/shooting 3. not all daemon princes are big. I can hide mine behind my rhinos or even an oblit squad np. 4. it's faster 5. it can be deepstriked and because it is an icon oblits can deepstrike a combo right in there backyard. 6. AND 6 because it's the most evil one of them all daemon princes are scary...the scychological effect.

Matt you are right there since the sorc in the rino will not be able to be targeted by allot of the spells in the game. for example Eldar's Mind War will not affect the sorc but it will affect a deamon prince.

The only thing that is of importance is the Lash of Submission. Its the reason that either are taken. If you just want a bad ass daemon prince take either Khorne or Tzeench's mark. It is much easier to keep the lash alive and useful with the sorcerer in rhinos
